Reflection is one of the most underused yet powerful tools for success – Richard Carlson
So, November was a bit of a bust. I had some challenges this month behind the scenes. Some of them were technical and some were personal. Of all things, my laptop broke and I had to basically delete everything off it and reformat it to start again. Luckily I was able to save my photo’s but everything else is gone. On top of all that my motivation for the blogging world was at an all time low and this had a knock on effect to my blog.
I’m not going to do the same recap I do every month as I know full well that I have failed on all of my goals. That is fine, sometimes life happens and things don’t go to plan. The important thing is I have picked myself up and I am ready to tackle December head on.
This month I managed to lose interest in basically all of the things I love. I fell behind on my bullet journal which I still haven’t caught up with. I didn’t manage to pull together motivation to post on any of my social media accounts really and I’m still playing catch up with my Instagram. Some days I couldn’t even be bothered to pin a few pins which means that the growth I’d seen on Pinterest has all but disappeared.
However, November did have some highlights. We went away on our first proper break as a family. We took a trip to Edinburgh for 3 nights and I have a lot of post’s coming your way all about that, including a rather exciting collab! My baby girl also turned ONE YEAR OLD whilst we were away which, as you can imagine, was extremely emotional for me. Expect to see a whole post on that too!
Basically the point of this whole rambly post is that I know November was pants but I intend to do better for December so watch this space.
