Motivation gets you going and habit gets you there – Zig Ziglar
November is going to no doubt be a rollercoaster of emotions for me. We have a family trip planned of 3 nights away which I am so excited for but whilst we are there my baby girl turns ONE. How have I almost got a one year old already, this year has gone far too quick. After last months success, which you can read about here, it’s time to get on with the goals for this month!
Twitter – I’m setting myself another follower target this month for Twitter. My goal for Twitter this month is 700 followers. That’s an increase of 75 compared to the start of the month and I think it is an achievable goal. It’s important to set small manageable goals as well as big targets as it keeps you achieving and motivated.
Page Views – I’m going to set myself the goal of 1400 page views this month. I’m aware it’s far less than what I managed to reach in October but I have less post’s coming up this month as I’ll be back to my usual schedule of 3 posts a week.
Facebook – As I have a new Facebook page for my blog I’m going to set a few targets specific to that. I’d love to reach 100 page likes and post every day to the page. I’m so happy with my progress with this page so far and I love how much of a positive impact it has already had for my blog.
Pinterest – Sticking with the theme of high targets as I usually set with Pinterest, I want to reach 60,000 unique monthly viewers. This is less than my target for last month but is double what my reach is at the moment. I find Pinterest to be one of the most fun aspects of promoting posts, I love creating the pins and pinning them to all the different boards. If you want to follow me on Pinterest you can do so here.
Christmas Shopping – I don’t think it’s ever too early to mention Christmas, but as we are now in November I think its a lot more socially acceptable to start talking about it. I want to finish all of my Christmas shopping for my family this month ready to send home with my parents when they come to visit at the start of December.
Read more – This is becoming a regular here in my personal goals section and I am more than fine with that. Last month I managed to read four books and I would love to up that this month. I will be tracking my reading in my bullet journal and my goal is to finish six books.
I’m only going to set myself those two personal goals for this month. I was going to add my bullet journal as a goal again but I really think I’ve found my rhythm with it and I use it every single day anyway. What goals have you set for November?
